Constitution Advisory Group
Description:
Terms of Reference of the Constitution Advisory Group: 1. To monitor and review the content and operation of the Constitution at least annually and at the request of the Council, Policy and Resources Committee or the Monitoring Officer, to ensure it remains fit for purpose as set out in Article 1 of this Constitution. 2. To receive an annual report from the Monitoring Officer, making recommendations for the way in which the Constitution could be amended in order to better achieve the purposes set out in Article 1. 3. To make recommendations to the Policy and Resources Committee on any changes that might be required to the Constitution.
