The Children, Families and Community Select Committee is aligned to performance across Children’s Services including but not limited to education and schools, children’s social care and the overarching Flourish strategy. Youth justice and the ‘prevent’ agenda. The committee will also scrutinise community based services, including but not limited to libraries, museums, adult learning and community partnerships.
