Community safety church lane Belton
Church Lane is becoming extremely unsafe. Animals are getting killed including my gorgeous Luna this week in a hit and run. People are seen driving at excessive speeds, and it is quite frankly a matter of time before a person gets seriously injured or worse killed. This road should be a 20, and would also benefit from being either a no through road or having speed bumps added. How many complaints does this road need before something is done.
